Dining for Dogs is excited to offer you membership into our new Treat of the Month Club!

You know your dog loves our fresh, all natural treats, here’s your chance to make sure you always
have a selection on hand! And save 10% on all your meal and dessert orders for as long as you
are in the club*!

Here’s how it works. Your treat package will include at least two treat selections with a retail value of
$15.00 to $20.00 each month. On or about the 15th of each month we will priority mail you a fresh supply
of treats. Your cost (including shipping) is only $15.00!

What are the benefits of joining the club?
• No need to place orders and schedule a delivery. No trips to the store. Treats come right to your door.
• As a club member you will always get 10% off your meal and dessert orders.
• We make it easy to pay. You choose the form of payment you prefer:
   • Subscribe with auto-pay. No need to worry about a monthly bill, your credit/debit card will be
     automatically billed each month.
   • Receive an e-bill each month. On or about your delivery day we will send you a PayPal invoice for you
     to make your payment online with your credit/debit card.
   • Pay by check. If you prefer to pay by check we will send you an invoice via email each month.
     Simply print out your invoice, write your check, and place it in the mail.
• You are only a member for as long as you choose, no contracts! You can cancel anytime!
